Terms of use

These terms apply when you use Draftr at app.draftr.top, with the app or an agent. By creating an account you agree to them and to the privacy policy.

A closed beta

Draftr is in a closed beta. Features, limits and availability may change, the service may be interrupted, and data may be lost. Keep copies of work that matters; an export is always available under Your data.

Your account

• New accounts may wait for our approval before they can create designs.
• You must be 16 or older. One account is for one person.
• You are responsible for what happens with your account and your tokens. Keep your password and tokens secret, and revoke a token you no longer trust.

Your content

What you create stays yours. You let us store, process and show it to the people you share it with, only to run Draftr for you. You must have the right to upload what you upload.

Fair use

• No unlawful content, and nothing that infringes the rights of others.
• No malware, attacks, attempts to reach other people's accounts or data, or attempts to get around approval, limits or security.
• No load beyond your limits and no reselling of access. What your agents do counts as what you do.

Limits

The beta has limits on designs, files and agent calls; your account settings show them and what you use. We may change them, and we will tell you before a lower limit applies.

Blocking and ending

We may block an account that breaks these terms or puts others at risk, and we tell you why unless the law or safety prevents it. You can delete your account at any time. If we end the beta, we tell you in advance and you can export your work first.

No warranty

During the beta Draftr is provided as it is, without any promise that it works without interruption or errors. As far as the law allows, we are not liable for indirect damage, lost profit or lost data.

Changes

When these terms change, the date above changes too; we email you about important changes before they apply. Questions go to [email protected].
